Registration
Registration Procedure
The easiest way to apply for FUBiS is by using the Online Registration Form. You may also register by fax or postal mail. Should you have any questions or problems, pease contact us at fubis[at]fubis.org.

After you have successfully registered and before your departure to Berlin, you will receive further information and a student guide handbook.
Please make sure to read each section carefully before filling in your personal information.
Fields marked with * are obligatory and must be filled in.
Credit Card Data Safety
The security of your information during transmission is always protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all the information you enter. Once you have submitted your registration and all payment details, your data will never be transmitted decrypted or to an insecure server. To make sure your data can not be accessed by anyone else using your computer, you have the option of clearing your browsers cache at the end of the registration procedure.
Your personal data will be processed confidentially and is required for administrative purposes at the FUBiS Office only. FUBiS does not pass on personal information to any third party. Personal data is protected under the German Data Protection Act.
Please contact us via E-mail (fubis[at]fubis.org) if you – despite the SSL protection - do not feel comfortable entering your credit card information on our online registration form.
Processing of Payment
For your own convenience, please make sure the payment can be processed using your credit card. Your bank may refuse a transaction if there is a credit limit on your card which is lower than the amount required or in case of an insufficient amount on your bank account.
Should you encounter problems regarding payment via credit card, your registration (course choice, accommodation, etc.) will still be saved in our system, so please do not register online again. Please contact your bank to enable the payment and send us your credit card data (card holder, number, verification code and expiration date) via fax at +49 (0) 30-838 734 42 or call us at +49 (0) 30-838 734 46. Your card will then be charged according to your registration.
Please do not email credit card data since email is not securely encoded and your data is highly confidential. Please note that full enrolment can only be confirmed once all payments have been made.
