The tuition has to be paid in one installment unless otherwise communicated with and approved by the FUBiS office during the registration process. The amount stated in the invoice is due once the confirmation e-mail including the invoice is received. Payment must be made within 7 days after receiving the invoice to the bank account indicated in the registration form. You can pay either by credit card or bank transfer. A spot in the program can only be guaranteed after the complete payment is received by FUBiS. Please note that bank transfer fees can apply.
Withdrawals, Refunds, Course Change
Participants who wish to withdraw from the program have to inform FUBiS in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to program start. The Program Fee is non-refundable. Any transaction fees applicable to refund transactions (bank transfer or credit card fees) have to be paid by the participant withdrawing his/her registration. For cancellations made later than 4 weeks prior to program start, no fees can be refunded. In this case, participants are asked to contact the FUBiS office.
