Payment Details
The tuition has to be paid in one installment unless otherwise communicated with and approved of the FUBiS office during the registration process. The amount has to be paid within 14 days after the receipt of the invoice – using bank transfer or by credit card. A place in the program can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the entire amount due. Students are responsible for covering possible international bank transfer fees.
Withdrawals, Refunds, Course Change
Participants have to inform FUBiS in writing about cancellation until 4 weeks prior to program start at the latest. The registration fee is non-refundable. Any transaction fee applicable to refund transactions (bank transfer or credit card) has to be paid by the participant withdrawing his/her registration. For cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to program start, no fees are refunded. In this case participants are requested to contact the FUBiS office.
