Insurance
FUBiS tuition and program fee do not include any insurance coverage. Please be aware that health care in Germany can be expensive if you are not insured properly. Citizens of some countries are required to show proof of insurance when applying for a visa. Please contact your health insurance provider to inquire if and what your insurance policy covers in case you need medical treatment during your stay in Germany. We urge you to obtain additional health insurance coverage if necessary.
FUBiS is not liable for any medical expenses.
The student guide contains detailed information about the closest doctor, dentist and hospital to the FUBiS apartments as well as the most important emergency numbers.
FUBiS offers an insurance package for the duration of FUBiS at low extra costs (approx. 45 €). This policy includes health insurance, accident insurance, indemnity/liability insurance and can be purchased during the registration process.
