Klaus Segbers taught International Relations at the Universität Konstanz before he came to Freie Universität Berlin as professor for Political Sciences and East European Politics. As visiting professor he teaches at the Universities Stanford, George Washington, Harvard, Oxford, Columbia, MGIMO (Moscow) and others.
