Apartment
FUBiS offers its participants off-campus housing in comfortable single occupancy apartments in the southwestern city district (Celsiusstrasse 4-12, Berlin-Lichterfelde and Klüberstraße 21-31, Berlin-Lankwitz). Due to a limited number of apartments places will be assigned in the order of registration.
Celsiusstraße
The apartment complex at Celsiusstraße is located within walking distance of the S-Bahn (city train) stop "Osdorfer Straße." There are several shopping and dining facilities in the vicinity. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to the university campus by bus (bus 186 and then bus X11 or M11) and approximately 20 minutes to the city center by train (S 25).
All apartments have an en suite bathroom. They are fully furnished and have a kitchen (American style). Bed linen, a pillow, sheets and blanket are provided. The apartments are equipped with a color TV set, a clock radio, a coffee maker, a fridge, an oven, and all necessary kitchen equipment, such as dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. A laundry room with token-operated washing machines and dryers as well as two public phones are also part of the apartment complex.
Klüberstraße
The Klüberstraße apartment complex is located in the southwestern Berlin district of Lankwitz. The university campus can be reached by bus or a combination of bus and S-Bahn (city train) and it takes approximately 40 minutes to get there. The apartments are just a short bus ride away from the S-Bahn stop "Marienfelde" (S-Bahn line S2). Several shopping and dining facilities are also nearby.
