During her studies in Geography, Paula learned to appreciate the interdisciplinary and international exchange between students. In particular, a study trip to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo sparked her interest in global interdependencies and their historical origins, which led her to specialize in human geography. Prior to her studies, she lived and worked in Portugal. Today, she is glad to be part of the FUBiS team and to have the chance to advise international students during their time in Berlin.
