FUBiS offers its participants off-campus housing in comfortable single-occupancy apartments at the Akademia Residenz Berlin.

The apartment complex at Gotthardstraße is located in the district of Reinickendorf within walking distance of two metro stops, "Kurt-Schumacher-Platz” and “Afrikanische Straße” (U6 line). It takes approximately 50 minutes to get to the FUBiS campus by public transport and approximately 20 minutes to the city center. There are several shopping and dining facilities in the vicinity.

All apartments are fully furnished (with a sofa bed) and have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. They are equipped with a kitchenette/pantry kitchen including all necessary kitchen equipment, such as dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The kitchen features a fridge, two stovetops and an electric kettle. Bed linen, a pillow, sheets and blanket are provided.

A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is part of the apartment complex.

Cable Internet is available in all apartments. In addition, complimentary Wifi access is offered in all common areas on the ground floor.
