FUBiS offers its participants accommodation in the newly built The Social Hub, located directly at Alexanderplatz in the district Mitte.

Amenities offered by the hotel include an in-house gym, laundry room, lounge area, yoga room, outdoor cinema, restaurant and bar. Additionally, the big working spaces provide ample room to study and read, and the bike rental service helps you explore Berlin like the locals do!

Being located in the heart of Berlin Mitte, right at Alexanderplatz, the surrounding area is full of restaurants, bars and shopping options. The area is very well-connected, and you can reach any corner of Berlin easily by tram, U-Bahn, S-Bahn or bus.

Participants deciding on The Social Hub will stay in a large, fully furnished single room with an en suite bathroom and a shared kitchen. Towels and bed linens are included in the price. The kitchen will be shared with 10-12 students and it comes equipped with a kitchen set of utensils, pots, pans, and other cookware. The reception is open 24/7 and high-speed WiFi is available.

Check-in and check-out terms:
The check-in time on the Check-In Date begins at 3 :00 pm (Berlin time). TSH cannot guarantee availability of the Room before the Check-In Time. Storage of the Students' luggage prior to the Check-In Time can be requested at the Hotel 's reception.
The Student shall check-out on the last day of the Booking Period (the Check-Out Date). The check-out shall be performed at the latest by 12:00 pm (Berlin time)

Since the FUBiS campus is located further in the south of Berlin, it will take you around 50 minutes to reach it by public transport, which is not unusual for a big city like Berlin.

Please note: for participants selecting The Social Hub as their accommodation, an adapted refund policy applies for this option. For cancellations made until 9 weeks prior to the program start, you can receive a full refund after withdrawing. For cancellations after this, no refund is possible.
