The tuition has to be paid in one installment - unless otherwise communicated with and approved by the FUBiS office - during the registration process. The amount stated in the invoice is due once the confirmation e-mail including the invoice is received. Invoices which are sent up to 4 weeks prior to the program start, must be paid within 7 days. Invoices which are sent at a later point in time must be paid within 3 days. You can pay either by credit card or bank transfer. A spot in the program can only be guaranteed after the complete payment is received by FUBiS. Please note that bank transfer fees can apply.
Withdrawals and Refunds
Participants who wish to withdraw from the program have to inform FUBiS in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to program start.* The program fee is non-refundable. Any transaction fees applicable to refund transactions (bank transfer or credit card fees) have to be paid by the participant withdrawing his/her registration. For cancelations made later than 4 weeks prior to program start, no fees can be refunded. In this case, participants are asked to contact the FUBiS office. Please see the General Terms and Conditions for more details.
* Please note: for participants selecting The Social Hub as their accommodation, an adapted refund policy applies for this option. For cancellations made until 9 weeks prior to the program start, you can receive a full refund after withdrawing. For cancellations afterwards and up until five weeks prior to the program start, you may cancel the option with 50% charge and 50% refund of the total charges of the canceled room. For cancellations after this, no refund is possible. This also applies to cancellations made related to COVID-19.
The fee for course changes made after registration is €75 per course.
