Multi-City Courses (Rome/Florence - Utrecht - Berlin)

Together with Utrecht Summer School, the Royal Netherlands Institute in Rome and the Dutch University Institute for Art History in Florence, FUBiS offers two multi-city course packages (including housing and transfers) that will take students to three exciting European cities each:

The Making of Europe

In collaboration with the Royal Netherlands Institute in Rome and Utrecht Summer School, FUBiS organizes a multi-city course track on the history of Europe from antiquity to the present. Students may choose to attend the full “The Making of Europe” track (Rome – Utrecht – Berlin), the combination track “The Rise of Modern Europe” (Utrecht – Berlin) or the stand-alone course “The Long 20th Century” in Berlin.

History of Art: European Highlights

In collaboration with the Dutch University Institute for Art History in Florence and Utrecht Summer School, FUBiS organizes a multi-city course track on the history of art in Europe. Students may choose to attend the full “History of Art: A Thousand Years of European Highlights” track (Florence – Utrecht – Berlin), the combination track “Highlights in Germany and the Netherlands” (Utrecht – Berlin) or the stand-alone course “Art in Germany from the Middle Ages to the 20th Century” in Berlin.
